Just wanted to drop you a note to say hi! Glad you were able to get out on your new bike. I really do think that is a great looking bike and it has the best color red I’ve seen on a bike.
I’ve been debating the trunk rack for some time and would like to hear your comments if you wouldn’t mind sharing your thoughts with me.
So far I have not really had a chance to use the rack, but it does look nice and it appears to be very sturdy. It sure made me nervous to drill those holes in my brand new trunk, but there already were marks inside the trunk showing where the holes needed to go, so the whole installation was pretty uneventfull.
I am planning on doing a lot of camping this year, so I should be able to put the rack to a lot of use. On camping trips I plan on putting my sleeping bag on the rack and on day trips I plan on using it for my water jug.
